This is where it all begins.

The initial production phase is the process of melting and mixing polyethylene with oil. The mixture prepared in this way is extruded using a die and cooled to form a sheet.

The resulting sheet goes through subsequent stages, where it acquires the desired dimensions using devices for stretching it lengthwise and widthwise. One of the final processes is washing the oil from the sheet using a solvent. Pores are created in place of the oil, and the solvent and oil are separated, cleaned and reused.

Finally, the foil is tempered, wound and cut according to the customer’s requirements. The resulting foil can be the final product and can also be further processed.

The LiBS Group is also the Utility area, where we operate and supervise auxiliary media devices such as boilers, coolers and water treatment devices.
