After graduating with Mechanical Engineering degree in 1995, among many job offers, he decided to join SKC in the technological team in film production. 

In 2011, he took up the position of Team Leader of the LiBS Production at SK innovation. In 2018-2019, he was the Team Leader of the Production Support Team, and in May 2020 he began his career at SKBMP as President of the Management Board.

Since then, he has been involved in the development of SKBMP in Dąbrowa Górnicza.
