In 2022, we began cooperation with 3 secondary schools from Dąbrowa Górnicza and Sosnowiec, where we opened patronage classes. This is an important element in building a bridge between students and our company. Through internships and apprenticeships, we give young people the opportunity to gain valuable professional experience before they finish school. Students have the opportunity to see what work looks like in a real environment, get to know the company’s culture and values ​​from the inside, which helps them better understand their interests and professional predispositions.
